CADET Adds Two New Tests to Pre-Employment Assessment for X-Ray Screeners
CADET, the pre-employment assessment tool for x-ray screener candidates, has expanded its suite of tests with two new additions. Designed to help recruiters gain deeper insights into candidates’ skills and abilities, CADET now offers a total of eight tests tailored to assess key competencies required for this critical role.
The new tests include:
- Colour Vision Test: Based on the widely used Ishihara colour-blindness test.
- X-Ray Threat Detection Test: This innovative test evaluates candidates’ threat detection skills using basic black-and-white x-ray images, even before they receive formal training.
CADET’s full range of assessments evaluates essential capabilities such as:
- Problem-solving
- Memory
- Attention to detail
- Spatial perception
- Spotting errors and inconsistencies
- Accurately identifying and reporting personal mistakes
- Speed and accuracy in decision-making
- And more.
With these additions, CADET provides an even more robust framework to identify top talent for the challenging and detail-oriented role of x-ray screening.
